Talent Manager at VoiceArchive

Are you the best in the world at managing a pool of 3000+ talents, ensuring they all have correct data and the necessary information?   • You are structured with an eye for detail:  With many different processes, you are a ninja of keeping the overview of these and how they influence each other. 
  • You provide a high level of customer service: You communicate professionally yet firmly with various individuals and are comfortable engaging face-to-face with talents and customers.
  • You are self-driven and independent: Together with your manager, you will set milestones and goals for your areas of responsibility, but you are responsible for driving the specific tasks and daily activities to achieve these goals.

…then we need you at VoiceArchive. With a giant pool of voice talents we rely on our talent department to have all the needed information and make sure that they all meet our standards. This is done by ensuring efficient and agile sourcing processes that align with the overall supply chain of VoiceArchive.

Role and Responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Managing all voice talents, from onboarding new talents to maintaining the current talent pool and ensuring we have necessary information on each individual.
  • Daily communication with voice talents, addressing ad-hoc issues, building a strong and trusting relationships with them.
  • Supporting Sales activities with project-based casting/tenders, including creative briefing and price clearing with direct contact to global clients 
  • Proactively scouting talents in collaboration with clients.
  • Collecting and managing information/data from a large number of talents based on market needs.
  • Acting as a strong representative and ambassador of VoiceArchive towards the voice talents.

Additionally, you will collaborate with other colleagues within the organisation on ongoing tasks, including:

  • Coordinating with our IT and Sales departments regarding VoiceArchive’s new AI service offerings.
  • Collaborating with our Production team to ensure responsible, aligned, and trustworthy talents. 

What we expect from you

The role of Talent Manager is perfect for you if you:

  • Possess strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. While Danish proficiency is preferred, it’s not a specific requirement.
  • Demonstrate project management skills, including resource planning and timely task delivery.
  • You will be a part of a team, but will be the only one having your responsibilities, so independence is a key factor. .
  • Have a curiosity about our industry and emerging technologies (such as AI) and their potential applications.
